WHOLESALE POLICIES
1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
To maintain brand exclusivity and manage our small-batch manufacturing process, Sensea operates with a minimum opening order of 12 units per style / reference. Retail partners are welcome to mix sizes and colorways within those 12 units to accommodate seasonal boutique needs. Re-order minimums remain flexible.
2. Production & Lead Times
Every Sensea piece is crafted with care and precision in our dedicated workshop. Because we prioritize quality over mass production, standard lead times for production wholesale orders range between 4 to 8 weeks from deposit confirmation, depending strictly on the size and volume of the order.
3. Shipping, Duties & Delivery
All wholesale orders are shipped directly from our distribution base. Sensea covers the initial shipping fees (export costs). However, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearing fees at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the retail partner. Sensea does not manage import procedures in the destination country. Tracking documentation is provided upon dispatch.

Sensea reviews boutique locations carefully to avoid market saturation and preserve seasonal exclusivity for our partners within specific zip codes or luxury resort properties.
